Open Stock Data is operated by Family Chat Cloud Pte Ltd, UEN 202611437W, registered at Blk 250 Bishan Street 22 #05-390 Singapore 570250. It is a research interface. No analyst is employed, no rating is issued, and nothing on the site is investment advice.

How each value is graded

Every value cell in every table carries a machine-readable evidence marker, and the marker is visible rather than implied. A value filed with a government authority is graded highest, a regulated exchange source next, a temporary market vendor next, and a value that only passed internal validation below those. Separate markers exist for an anomaly the checks flagged, an estimate, a series known to have ended, and a value that fits none of these.

A calculated figure is never graded above its weakest input. Combining two government-filed inputs keeps the government grade; combining a government input with a vendor input takes the vendor grade. This is why a ratio can carry a weaker marker than the numbers it was derived from.

Observation date, fiscal period and ingestion date are distinguished throughout. A trailing-twelve-month figure is stated as such and is built from comparable periods; annual totals and quarterly observations are not mixed into one series.

What this site does not cover

• Prices are a retained snapshot, not live quotes, and there is no intraday or streaming data.
• Financial history begins when the underlying filings became machine readable. Older statements are not included, so a long ratio history starts at the first supported date stated on that page rather than at company inception.
• Filed data is revised. Restatements, amended filings and corrections change published values, and an earlier page view may not match a later one.
• Coverage is United States listings. Every page is generated from retained data, so a security admitted after the most recent generation is absent until the next one.
• Each public result view shows at most 100 rows and continues on numbered pages. There is no infinite scroll, and the page you are on states the exact rows it covers.
• Where a figure could not be sourced, the page says so instead of interpolating a value.

Reporting an error

Corrections are welcome and are the fastest way a wrong value gets fixed. Send the page URL, the figure you believe is wrong and the filing or source you are comparing against to admin@noler.com. Corrections are applied at the source of the data so the fix reaches every page derived from it, not only the page reported.
