These Terms of Use apply to Noler Stock at stock.noler.com.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Noler Stock, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Noler Stock Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Operator

Noler Stock is operated by Family Chat Cloud Pte Ltd, UEN 202611437W, registered at Blk 250 Bishan Street 22 #05-390 Singapore 570250.

3. Research Service

Noler Stock organizes company, security, ETF, market, ownership, transaction, and financial information supplied by data providers. The service is a research interface. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice and does not recommend any security or transaction.

4. Data Limitations

Information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, revised, unavailable, or affected by source and processing errors. Prices are checked-in snapshots rather than live quotes. You are responsible for independently confirming information before relying on it or making a financial decision.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
• Do not interfere with security, availability, rate limits, or other users.
• Do not attempt to extract private data, credentials, protected source code, or infrastructure secrets.
• Do not misrepresent Noler Stock data as guaranteed, live, or professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

Noler Stock software, design, branding, and original content belong to Family Chat Cloud Pte Ltd or its licensors. Third-party data and materials remain subject to their respective rights and terms.

7. Third-Party Data and Services

Noler Stock relies on data, hosting, security, analytics, advertising, and infrastructure providers. Their availability, corrections, and processing may affect the service. Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement.

8. Availability and Changes

We may add, remove, suspend, correct, or change data, features, routes, policies, or technical requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noler Stock is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family Chat Cloud Pte Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from Noler Stock. Total aggregate liability for all claims relating to Noler Stock is limited to the amount you paid directly for Noler Stock during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, the maximum liability is zero.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Before starting a formal claim, contact admin@noler.com and allow up to 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter. Subject to applicable law, disputes are submitted to the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
